Maybe a light colour and slightly industrial? ...
Maybe just with a funky splash back and interesting lighting? ... this one would maybe go well with the piece of reclaimed snooker table slate that I bought a while ago and plan to use for a kitchen island ...

So many choices ... of course it depends what the rest looks like (open plan kitchen, slightly modern retro theme, old stone floors ) What do you think? ... xx
