Hello Friday!

One evening last week ... a snowy and quite steep walk ... a waterfall on the way ... beautiful views ... an amazing sunset ... and we arrived at the Bisons Farm "Domaine de la Sasse" at the end of Le Planay in Megeve. At the farm house, we had quite an unusual gourmet experience, bison meat in various ways. Delicious each course of them. The owner, Dominique Meridol, breeds the bisons himself and also prepares and cooks the meals. A few snapshots from the way below:

After being ...

... told off to post a green (!!) blog, here comes now the white ... in fact a few whites over the next couple of days, now that I got started! But first the one with what we wish for ... snow!!
